Tonight is a hat-knitting kind of night. Even though I KNOW what I should be finishing, I have to pause for a bit and make a hat. Because hat knitting is the most relaxing thing ever, and even if I never wear hats, I like having some.
I'm trying to prevent myself from buying the cutest slouchy hat pattern in existence right now, mainly because I just bought a comic book today and I'm trying to save that extra ten bucks in my account for when I desperately need food later in the week. Netflix is due to bill me like $18.50 in a couple of days, so I have to watch for that. I don't think there's anything else pending, though.
See, this is why I didn't get a debit card for so long. I was so bad with it earlier... sigh.
Anyways. I'll try one of these free patterns, and if I love them more than life itself, I'll buy the Aveline pattern or the Ysolda pattern next week. Payday's a week from Monday, after all.
