Walked into work today and my office has my name on the sign now. Freaky weird.

Still want a new hoodie. I have to decide which fandom I want it to be from, though, and I have to be sure that I don't get the same one that Shen gets. I think it needs to be Harry Potter. I have a multitude of anime shirts and no HP apparel. This must be remedied.

It's cold in here. And my knee is all bruised today.

The Paradise Kiss anime is weird. Weeeiiiird. I like it. ^-^ I can't help enjoying the American-style alternative to chibi-fying that it's constantly doing. Plus, I like the music - it's J-pop TASTIC. I don't know if I'd like it as much if I hadn't read the manga. I love the manga, and I love Ai Yazawa. It makes me really sad what Viz is doing to the Nana manga. It's like they hand the direct translations off to a 45 year old mother of three and tell her to make it hip and cool. It's trying way too damn hard. I'm sure the 14 year olds love it. I refuse to buy the tankoubon because of it. And, of course, because I already get Shojo Beat and I'm not going to pay twice.

Every time I get to work, I want to make icons, and then I get home and forget. DAMN. I will remember tonight.

I have a Milky Way. Its presence delights me.

I think I'll read fanfiction today. Maybe I'll even write one. I am that bored.

Yay! I just found a wonderful site to purchase hakama patterns from. This will make the upcoming Bleach cosplay so much easier. Now I just have to, um, y'know, pick someone. Hm. I also have to decide whether I'm insane enough to attempt making waraji sandals, or if I'm just going to buy some online. I'm thinking the latter. I hate making shoes. Maybe I"ll get lucky and there'll be some at Uwajimaya. Maybe I'll also get lucky enough to find someone to con into fiberglassing me a zanpakuto.

I shall find an unsuspecting soul and bend him to my will. Oh, yes.

In other news, I'm pretty sure I have asthma. I'm thrilled.

I think I'll at least stop by the Vagina Monologues auditions tomorrow. I do like monologuing - and I am not only a fan, but an owner of a vagina myself. So there you go.
