There are things. Things a-changing.
School & work related update: I'm actually taking the quarter off from both right now. I ended up not being confident enough to take those tests in Japanese, so I knew I would end up with a D at best in the class. That combined with the fact that we didn't have tuition money meant that I was taking a little quarter-long vacation. :P
My boss says he'll take me back no problem in winter quarter, and Aki, my Japanese teacher, is happy that I've agreed to retake the course, so it's all good.
The big reason I'm not bothered by staying home is that we're most definitely moving in a month or two. It's not official yet, because we're still dealing with banks and finding a good lender, but Meridan and his dad are going to be buying a house. Yay!
I'm so looking forward to not having to deal with landlords and noisy neighbors. We'll have a mortgage to pay, but because we're buying a 3 bedroom, we'll have renters to help out.
Like I said, nothing's finalized yet, but I'm hoping it all works out.
Man, I need a shower. I'm fucking smelly. Ew.
