there's a 4:30 in the morning now?
Jan. 3rd, 2007 03:04 pmI injured myself so very many times today at work. I jammed a finger, ran into a wall, cut myself on the tape dispenser again, and managed to give myself another paper cut in between two fingers, this time on the opposite hand.
I shouldn't be allowed to move without supervision.
But! I finally got another speaker for my work computer (don't ask me why there was only one) so now I can drown out my crazycrazy bosses with streaming epitonic radio. I think they're glad too, seeing as how they were the ones who asked for the speaker for me - I didn't even have to ask. Maybe now they're just happy that they can gossip a little more privately.
The rain yesterday was just plain ridiculous.
animeshen and I were completely soaked after walking just a block up Harrison. Least she had a hat. ^-^;;; She gave me some very nice Christmas presents (momo-san!) and I did what I've done for nearly everyone so far, which was just pay for something she picked out on her own. I'm really lame this year.
And, I got to buy yarn. More yarn. MORE YARN. It never ends. Um, y'know, if any of you out there crochet or knit, I'd be up for doing a present exchange. I've got about 4 finished projects that should go to someone and even more UFOs. (I'm looking at you,
melley with the crazy knitting skills. ^-^)
Despite the massive bruises, I'm having a pretty damn good day. Heaven knows why. Maybe there was ecstasy in the toast this morning.
