That was the most Heart-tastic night at karaoke EVER. It rocked so fucking hard. So hard. Everyone was absolutely awesome.
I might have heckled a few people. But they deserved it! I only heckle assholes. I won't yell if you can't sing - I'm certainly not all that great, and karaoke isn't about singing talent. But I will heckle you if you can't keep your pants on on stage or if you break the microphone. Douchebags.
How can the LJ spellchecker not recognize douchebag? It's totally a word.
Someday, I will get back to writing my papers for class the night before they're due, rather than waiting until the 2 hour break between Japanese and seminar to get them done. Someday. It's unlikely. It's just so easy to write a paper in an hour, and Wednesday nights are always with the crazy.
Y'know why I love Japanese? Because we can learn nearly ten verbs a week and immediately know how to conjugate them. I keep remembering French class way back when and how it took a month to get down the verb "to be". I heart Japanese.
I also love how Aleph and I seem to inevitably get into huge political discussion/rant things on the way back from karaoke while I'm still a teensy bit drunk. Such yelling. Poor Shen.
But you know what I don't love? The fact that the entire CAB building smells of pork today. These Aramark meals keep getting worse and worse. Just when you think they can't get any assier... there you go. Gross.
Next week is going to be awesome. Instead of having class on Tuesday, we're going to Seattle to visit the SAM and Uwajimaya! So, only two days of class that week. Then, the week after is Thanksgiving week. Ah, the happiness.
