Ravelry, you are being a bitch.  Why is it that during the first time in days I'm able to sit down and upload photos and update my WIPs, you are in the middle of what seems to be system maintenance?  Curses.

So, I've been told that Adam Baldwin is no longer allowed to accept Jayne hats.  I don't mind this so much, because I already agreed to make Aleph one and I have a hard time forcing myself to make anything twice.  Plus, I'm sure he has so many that he just dumps them in the trash on his way out from cons.

That being said, I feel that I must make Wil Wheaton something.  I'm torn between a little wristband that says 'geek' and a mini stuffed Cthulu.  

Also, I've been burning with desire to knit mittens for the past week.  Mittens.  In April.  In Washington state.  I have lost my mind.  It's just... the colorwork!  So much fun!

I'll make some anyways with the leftovers from my green scarf.

Working better now, I think.  Yeesh.

Spent all day in a state of ultimate laziness.  I did put pants on, which is surprising, but that's about it.  Listened to my father screaming about the taxes (he has to pay again this year, which makes him muy muy cranky), finished my own taxes, then discovered from my father that I probably did those taxes wrong.  Ah, April.  

Read some Amy Tan while I was knitting, watched some Top Chef reruns, made some Trader Joe's microwave gluten-free pancakes, which are ten times tastier than they sound, and slept a whole hell of a lot, per usual.
