Well, Finn has officially decided that she no longer needs to be afraid of Ravage.
This has resulted in some particularly annoying behavior from Ravage's point of view. It's hilarious and pathetic all at the same time.
She just bounds up to him like a bunny rabbit and sticks her nose in his face while he's sleeping. In fact, she seems to enjoy torturing him particularly when he's asleep. Then, by the time he wakes up enough to yowl at her, she bounds off again. This pattern continues all afternoon. Eventually, he submits and whines to go outside to avoid her.
Good: I managed to finish my research paper and that weekly assignment on time, and by hell, I'm glad I did. I got 100% on the assignment and a 95 on the paper. Fuck YES. Now, after skipping an entire assignment and taking a 0 for it a couple weeks ago, I have a B+. Definitely nothing to sneeze at.
Bad: I just started cross-stitching a bookmark and after an entire evening's work, I discovered that I miscounted and now it's all messed up. Sigh. I also spent all last night on a crochet project (a little baby sweater for an online friend), only to discover that I'm out of yarn and that it's a bit too bulky as well. Bah humbug.
My diet got a bit derailed this weekend, but I am quite back on track. Weight Watchers sets you up with these sort of mini-goals, and I should be hitting a 5% weight loss hopefully in a week or two. Yay! Also, the heartburn that drove me crazy every night all winter long is completely gone now. Definitely has something to do with the diet. I'm very pleased.
Only 2 weeks left of school. THANK GOD.
Yay, it's 11:00! Meridan will be on his way home soon. :)
