I HATE LOOKING FOR WORK.
On a slightly related topic, I need to come up with $100.00 somehow to buy an extremely pretty Renfaire costume. In the next two weeks. Don't ask me how I'm going to manage it, because I have no bloody clue. I am finally ready to list the dice bags I've been making on Etsy, though, so I'm hoping that I can make at least a tiny bit of money through that.
I bought two very badly needed pairs of jeans today at Value Village, and now I can finally consider myself set for pants for a bit. One pair I got is in the ultra-low waist category, which makes me horribly self-conscious, but I'll just wear super-long camisoles with them or something. I dunno. They were Old Navy jeans, and I like Old Navy pants.
Shen found a couple really adorable pieces of clothing today, too. I am super-jealous of her red hair now, which means that I shall be abandoning the blond very shortly. She has informed me that I can have the red hair for a bit, since she's going to be blondinating for a cosplay soon. THE RED SHALL BE MINE, AND I SHALL BE HOT. Also, no more blond dye = not having to redye my roots every few weeks, so score.
I also got a nice, dirty fantasy novel to amuse myself with for the next few days. I've read it before, which means that I can spend a good amount of time enjoying my favorite bits. Yum. I loves you, Anne Bishop.
Once again, I love Etsy. It's absolutely amazing how creative people can be. Plus, I've learned how to make so many different things by just browsing.
