(no subject)

So, Ari talks in his sleep. Tonight, he is telling some mystery dream person that he "hopes it's still open". I'm going to go ahead and assume the 'it' is a game store of some kind.

He cracks me up.

Meridan and I braved the rain this evening and enjoyed a mini-date, which was quite nice. It was a bit rainy and windy when I left, but by the time I was driving home, I definitely understood why a flood warning was sent out this evening. My car went through some MASSIVE lake-like puddles, and the wind was terrible. I can hear the gutters rattling outside right now, too.

I feel like such a stupid sap, but all I can ever think when the rain starts up like this is how bad it must be to be sleeping on the streets right now. Goddamn Olympia and their goddamn war on the homeless. It makes me ashamed to live here. I hope to god there aren't too many people out there right now dealing with this.

I am addicted to 30 Rock. I know I'm late to the game, but that's how it usually works. I am not good with the whole popular thing. God bless Netflix.

Then, of course, some absolute genius decides to try and leave the computer center through the fire exit door.  YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG.
