computer cliches
Jul. 19th, 2009 12:51 pmI am a coupon clipping master. We went to Safeway night before last with the money that Meridan earned at his dad's, and with all the sales and coupons I took advantage of, I spent $15 but saved $18. FEAR ME.
I just remembered that I have a hiragana quiz in Japanese class on Monday. I really should study a bit for that - there are still a couple characters I hesitate on, even after all this time.
I have an A in my developmental psych class, which is a bit of a tough course, so I'm pretty proud of myself. My childcare class - well, I'm bombing that one, but it's the stupidest class in the world, so I'm not caring all that much. And I've gotten 100% on all my Japanese tests so far, even though I skip a lot of class, so I'm hoping for a B in that one. We'll see how it goes.
But for serious - the childcare class is terrible. I did it so that I would have my STARS training if I ever wanted to work in a daycare, but it's taught by a volunteer who not only has the worst spelling and grammar ever, but has no idea how to write lesson plans and takes points off of everyone arbitrarily. And it's only 2 credits. I've long since said seeya to any hope of getting an A in it, which is ridiculous - it's the easiest class ever, it should be the easiest A ever. But it infuriates me. It also infuriates me how the teacher refers to computer glitches as 'computer cliches'. All the time.
